Shipping Policy

Because every keychain is made from your own photo, we don't ship from ready stock — each order goes through a quick internal photo-quality check before it's produced. Typical timelines are shown on each product page (dispatch in 24-48 working hours, delivery in 4-7 business days) once your photo passes the check. If a photo doesn't pass, we'll ask you to re-upload — the clock on production doesn't start until it does.

You can track exactly where your order is — Uploaded, Quality Check, In Production, Shipped, Delivered — from your order status page at any time.

Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details with you directly.
